ITPL has today announced the appointment of Rahul Mehta as Senior Surveyor within the Industrial & Logistics Leasing team, based in Mumbai and covering the broader Western and Central India regions. This marks the latest strategic hire as the company continues expanding its regional presence.

Since launching its regional office in 2020, ITPL’s team has delivered expert investment and occupational advisory services to leading clients including Adani Logistics, Embassy Industrial Parks, IndoSpace, Mahindra Lifespaces, and Lodha Group. The firm has rapidly established itself as one of the top advisers in India’s industrial and logistics market.

To support the continued growth of its Mumbai-based operations, ITPL opened a new office last year at BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex)—a location that provides the infrastructure and flexibility to support the team’s expansion.
